Do-nut worry, have a doughnut!

Sunday says nothing more than uni work and a day spent in pyjamas! However today I decided to bake doughnuts instead! Maybe a decision in a few weeks I’ll regret as my uni work begins to load up, but today it felt like a good choice, especially when it’s raining outside and all I wanted to do is chill and eat comfort food!

I made these doughnuts in my new doughnut tray which I got as a Christmas present and instead of making dough like I did last time, this recipe was more like a doughnut cake. Using natural yogurt and sunflower oil, these doughnuts took a twist on a normal doughnut recipe.

I chose to decorate them in two different ways, one using pink icing, cranberries and white chocolate and the other using drizzled white chocolate, milk chocolate pieces and grated dark chocolate, just so I didn’t leave any chocolate out!
