Easter Cupcakes!

After giving up chocolate for lent I decided to make some chocolate egg cupcakes! Some days I was craving chocolate but surprisingly I managed to not eat any! There’s nothing better than eating that first piece of chocolate having not eaten it for such a long time!

These cupcakes were a simple chocolate sponge with a vanilla butter icing, I decorated each cupcake with a Lindt chocolate mini egg and sprinkled them with dark chocolate and milk chocolate chunks.

I had the loveliest Easter holiday back home with family and friends, now I’m back to uni for exams and revision! x
